Thanks for the article. I was wondering where the price jump came from as the recent acquisition was well known.
Personally I am in for the very long with AMA: well managed, good strategy and the dividends repaid my investment already
If the current board wants to stay then I hope the take over fails. On the other hand if they want to retire then it's another story.
