Firstly i don't know where their bank facilities have come from for their recent acquisitions. There are 5 financiers, are these offshore financiers? If so that is problematic.

I don't understand Bank of Canada's position and why they have shares in AMA.

They might have work now but in 4-5 months the work should dry up in most of their shops if we go into full lockdown which is likely.

A ^$300mm debt facility is. I'm trying to understand the companies true value right now and where it may sit in the upcoming months.

What else is everyone thinking at the moment? What entry position would you look at and what exit position?
