I wouldn't be too concerned by the seed shares - they average out to 12.5c at 2.7mil shares (plus 1.8mil freebies). That'll be easily churned through the first week, and that's assuming all will be sold. I'd imagine this'll be a pretty tight register with Monash holdings going to sticky hands and Stuart Douglas holding a fair few (not to mention escrowed), plus the sheer demand for the offer must bode well. Our interests as shareholders are very well aligned, Hanna being Director of Business Strategy for Monash and Monash holding 18.3mil shares - great incentive for him to perform.

Actually thought those ones would of formed part of the escrow provisions (12.5). The 16 cent ones I assumed would be allowed to be sold? And yes you are right. If how quick it finished up on on market then this could fly.
