AMAL sub holders dispute has been resolved.
On 30 Oct 2017, Living Waters Mining (Australia) Pty Ltd (“LWM”) received notification that the Sheriff Office, Supreme Court of Singapore (“SCS”) had returned 40,029,786 unsold seized shares in relation to the Writ of Seizure and Sale (“WSS”) that was served on LWM on 30 June 2017. Accordingly, the SCS had, in accordance with the WSS, disposed 32,270,400 seized shares to satisfy the sum of SGD 7,000,000, plus interest, and post judgment costs and disbursements (which in aggregate amounts to SGD 7,023,316.03)
LWM/CEO now holds 86,104,574 shares (17.9%)
