    I don't believe this will be an issue. Burwill would have most likely already have commitments from their clients to make such a bid on the rights like this. Most I'd imagine are the smaller producers in China who are probably being squeeze to buy on on the spot market.

    In any case, I think the demand will be there for Burwill to on sell to
