It's quite a no brainer there should be a merge of AMAL and TAW at some point. I'll give it 12 months max.
Imo the main benefit apart from obvious cost savings on duplicate admin etc is marketing a 100% vs 50% owned company will be easier to push the combined valuation up to a $1b range.
