I hear what you are saying. Besides Mr X seeking clarification from experts in Bermudan law I have emailed David Lamb seeking clarification.
On the negative front:
If Zijin requires 75% of the 900m NKP shares that equates to 675m of which it already holds 540m. Only 135m will be required. DRA holds 32m NKP shares which it will exchange for project development contracts. That's in the bag.
That leaves about 100m shares to be soaked up. An easy assignment over time taking into consideration frustrated holders.
Lets wait and see what feedback we receive before being too concerned with this opportunistic offer.
