CDR is currently at a very low price. The new CEO Amanda Lacaze is well known in the business circles as one who has delivered on her goals at other struggling organisations.

Boutique investment firm Hunter Hall must think so, as it has been a major buyer in the past 2 weeks (extremely large parcles averaging 18 cents or so)
