    Given the quantities that moved (EG, just over 400000 all day), I'd say it's nothing at all. No major dumping.

    It is likely that this week announcements will be made around a number of major government contracts. That being said, the value of those contracts (should they be a loss) are certainly not factored into anyone's SP.
