bailey14 - why? We have a bank loan at a tasty 8% which we can use to make a lot more than 8% with.
Pay back the loan with the minimum repayment rate.
Take a slice of the remaining profit to continue developing additional sites
Give a nice dividend to share holders.
There is no rush to start developing the next site this year. Management can keep laying the ground work in the background while Lindi is delivered. Then with strong foundations laid (ie planning) and positive cash flow next year - then start investing/developing.
Why would we want more dilution to have money there is no need to spend right now?
