IMO if the unvaccinated can spread Covid at a higher
rate than the vaccinated then in the interests of public health,
the unvaccinated movements should be curtailed more
that that of the vaccinated while there is covid abroad
in the community.

As such there is a penalty for recalcitrance as there is in other areas.
We dont have a Bill of Individual Rights in Aus and those who want
one should vote for it. Its interesting that Conservatives/Right voted
against the Republican Referendum in the late 90s of which a Bill
Of Rights similar to America could have been included in the Republican agenda.
