I wonder if comments like these will cause some people to pause an think? It's a foot in the door to denying medical care for future digressions that people may have, yes it could go to alcoholics, habitual drug users, people with cancer as all these groups have limited capacity in society and drain the system of vital funds toward those of useful capacity to continue to pay tax.

I think he has gone a step too far though without adding the option of "going to a hospital and paying for your OWN care" that is a viable option without removing all options.

AMA is an extension of politics, they have an agenda to get more money out of government plain and simple - greed!
