Suncorp have shown their hand by setting up a "shadow" network of repairers, including CARe and a lot of smaller players. they have made it clear they will move work to whoever, and whenever they choose. Knowing Suncorps ethic's, this comes as no surprise.
So I feel for Matt, if he goes as hard as he wants or as hard as you feel he should, they are just as likely to pull the rug out from under them.
