    No question about it, the lawyer who was on their board at the time of the April 2020 middle of the night looting of the $400 mil. CapitalSmart contract, Leath Nicholson, while stepping down from the board in 2021, somehow was rewarded for not stopping that train wreck by being given the role of General Counsel. So yeah, maybe time for some new legal advice.
