So many people on here were screaming for a report that spelled it out in layman's terms but now its not professional enough, I was one of them and I liked it to be honest. They cant win. I liked the presentation where it was spelt out and it took admission from the Company where it all went wrong. Yeah there is mistakes but nobody is perfect.
Anyway my two cents, but you cant have your cake and eat it to.
