Just read this thread and sold my shares today. Very disappointed,and aware that Otto had completed an inside trading transaction this year ( and nothing from ASIC) , but was not aware he has sold so many shares in 2022. This is a job for ASIC, and maybe even better to ask Joe Aston of the AFR to investigate the company. What I don't get is how come they have not had a capital raising before the AGM given their cash burn. RHY has been a very expensive mistake for me. Lots of lessons to be learned, but the worst is the lack of trust from the Board.
