i understand that morales may be looking at ousting the current mines minister. to date rau have been dealing with the vice minister getting all their ticks and back pats for their work so far. i think as well that because this is a strong possibility that this is the reason rau have been dealing with the vice minister. would be good if vice minister slides straight in to top dog position. time will tell.
