Hi Sydneysider,
I seem to recall in a recent brr or other ann from rau the comment made that one of the main entities that asses risk in various countries had downgraded the risk level for Bolivia.
In other words, its becoming a safer place to invest.
So, this may be worth taking note of in your assessment.
