yes Wayne
very good post.
I took a couple mil OAs at 0.1 days ago
when nobody wanted them (thank you sellers)
100% already in 2 days (but am not selling at this level, thank you)
she is still a big punt due to big question mark hanging over funding
but I think the risk is worth it
certainly for only a couple ks outlay
on same reasoning as yours.
too cheap
massive resource (most indicated by the way)
NPV US340M at 1200/oz
look to be north of US$500m at 1400/oz
1.9b paper (excluding out of money options) on register after SPP is not anyone's liking
but low sp = still low MC of 23m at 1.2c
135m funding looks to be 100m bond(debt)+35m equity from 30 Sep ann, I hope.
say 35m equity is arrranged:
at same terms with recent CR. total shares = 5.4b
at 2c, total = 3.6b
NPV of 340m-500m = sp in range of ???
do your own calculation.
No point throwing big numbers out when project still has major hurdles to go through
and NPV estimate is taken from recent preso
I have no idea of the assumptions used, presumably 10% WACC as usual?
I think using higher WACC to take into account of country risk is a prudent approach.
the country risk here means risk free interest rate, cost of debt & cost of equity (the essential elements of WACC calc) are all going to be higher than otherwise normal case.
I hope we can soon see broker research report (presumably from Pattos?) to shed more light
but my gut feel is
there is money to be made on this project when funding goes through.
IF you dont mind billion pieces on register &
of course the Bolivia factor.
