as you read it maybe we should reflect on some of the things that stand out

all the trouble started when Vista took over, they wished
to introduce modern mining methods, in the past this had been jointly developed with the unions......maybe RAU investors should reflect on how efficient a mine in Bolivia will be allowed to be.......how comfortable will the locals be at the largest open cut gold mine in Bolivia? are there likely to be disputes and stoppages?

and yet the spin doc JK would have you think that the socialization process has not veto, which is to mean that the Minister should the socialization process fail would be able to over rule the locals?

He claims the socialization process cannot act as a veto yet other reports suggest that Bolivia's government will carry out a referendum on Amayapampa gold mine.

Yet JK predicts a mine will start next year, like a proverbial modern day mining Kissinger he will navigate all of these difficulties, the raising of finance, the referendum with respect to the mine, the locals angst at the violence and blood shed of the past.
