No need to apologise kelpie in my opinion. Some very soundly stated views and extremely pertinent points.
Could I just add that there are a number of significant overseas companies making huge investments in Bolivia which have been highlighted before in some RAU announcements in the past about Bolivia.
They do not seem troubled about "soveriegn risk" in Bolivia.
