i think you would have to play with some sensitivities and proven figures before it could be described as robust.
we'll see if any ideas come through.

the one liner on page four is curiously different to the formal CPS released. maybe just rounded up a little to suit.

the last spreadsheet would be a 'best case' scenario IMO.
a few little 'difficulties' or changes to the 'real' case assuptions would make huge changes to the outcome.

i think really rau hasn't a clue what this will cost.
