I don't understand why Singtel/Optus would buy AYS. A few points...

    I don't understand why Singtel/Optus would buy AYS.

    A few points worth noting:
    -Debt load AYS has
    -ACCC inquiry
    -Diversified now (they'd be interested in just the mobile and NBN)
    -Easier for Optus to just discount their current offerings by 10-15%.

    Seems like media speculation more than anything.
