    That's pathetic. Apart from the painful ordering process you describe, what I dislike about the NBN and energy offering is the lack of transparency which has been key to the mobile business' success.
    For NBN the company does not disclose any specific bandwidths but only uses marketing terms like "basic speed", "standard plus speed" and "premium speed" with stupid examples of what kind of usage those tariffs would be suitable for. Why can't they simply give some Mbps figures which today's increasingly tech-savvy consumers would expect?
    And for energy there's no proper price list or anything but quotes appear to be given in an apparently exhausting process upon request.
    AYS definitely needs to apply some consistency across the product portofolio and make NBN and energy as simple as transparent as mobile is. But keep in mind that these new services are still in their infancy and automatization is complex to implement initially, so we will probably see improvements across the board during the coming quarters.
