I think a fair number of users also like the service for unlimited international (to NZ, UK etc). The increase in cost for these (which isn't a service offered by other suppliers that I'm aware) should drive increased ARPU for these users. I think their strategies are to increase overall users/new customers and drive referrals (good for all ports of the business). Overall, we will have lowered ARPU but this again is offset by increased ARPU for unlimited international plans. Happy with this.
