MMM, take that weed out of your lips. Plenty of hurdles to go before the first shovel hits the ground. Although spot is a very rough guide, it is a measurement of the sector sentiment and unless it moves up, nothing is going to happen. The last occasion was late 2010 and seem so long ago.
