People always forget the silent majority. After Howards speech yesterday I could see the 'ardent' bleeding hearts of this world drawing comfort from their pacifist totally unrealistic stance -but all the press did was interview Labour and Green cheerleaders plus a few left wing university professors with whom I did not agree on one single point. Now none of us are all right or all wrong -this is a terribly complex issue with incredible risks either way -so you have to follow your instincts and my belief is that Howard is dead right on every issue-which I believe was well articulated contrary to press comments. We have to have a showdown now - because anything less will send a clear signal to the criminals of this world and the ratbag French President and other supporters of Saddam they can get away with 'murder'.
