Back from transit bros to be greeted by THAT capitulation I was wondering about ..... right into my lemming net at 18.5 ........ but gotta say, a little more pain suffered in the oppies to ridiculously oversold levels (IMO) .... but thats OK too, was looking to transfer some from into the core personal account.
So why the spooking? Market nervousness combo with a conservative Q report? Yeah market is turning bearish atm but the things which will drive down the financials and property trusts etc are the same kinda things which will add fuel to rersources IMO. All part of the GORM IMO. But yeah as always, reactive traders get spooked and smarties can easily spook them.
All about what u invest in a stock for I guess. Warned yas, playing the horses is safer than trying to trade against the pro-active pros. But if u r always cashed in advance u can take advantage of such moves.
So what happened with Molyhill? Resource more carefully defined as necessary for the offtake contracts ... positive. Same metals for more ore tonnes ..... negative, cos it means higher opex. But wouldnt worry too much about that atm cos metal prices till in upmode and Molyhill numbers still conservatively priced aint they?
Mo espesh is gonna be in increasing demand until around 2011 when some big projects come online. And if u see whats happening in China atm like I have been doing, u would have a warm feeling of comfort about these things. China is further restricting outf, lows of all kindsa metals and using OPs to conserve their own ..... thats the strategy. But yeah, wouldave been sweet if that HNC deal had gone thru, now we gotta do more work.
But our free call option on NT Uranium is cheaper now than before YET current market cap is still only a fraction of the likely Molyhill NPV ? I know how Im playing it to suit personal investment needs and its the freecarry on NT Uranium looking 2-3 years out which Im backing in the main. But u all gotta play it according to yr persoanl needs and pain thresholds.
Id be more concerned if u had a big housing mortgage atm cos that indeed may end up being the big drain which affects ALL unfinanced plays.
