well i just checked my trusty corporations law. s 671b for those of you who are interested.
our friend has 2 days to lodge the notice from when there was a change of 1% of more, they must have offloaded at least 1.5 million to 2 million shares in the last few days.
i would say we should see a document lodged tomorrow.........
