The stock wasn't suspended ahead of the news, which came completely out of the blue.

The last deal where Southern Star was sold was priced in US$ as well and had a headline figure. Only once you looked into the details did you find that the figure was made up of 4.3M Breitburn which were being valued at US$19+ when they were actually trading at US$17.50 when the announcement came out.

This announcement doesn't say "US$250M in Cash" therefore some of it might well be in loan notes or such like.

Many here have done that & got the teashirt from being burned before by AZZ.

So you've been warned, nothing with Antares is quite what it seems
