Except Jazzmox with the repeated and global lowering of interest rates interest payments will become cheaper and cheaper. If it does (And I think this is the real issue)manage to sell its non-core assets over the short term then it is left with a good infrastructure business, and certainly one justifying a more then 100 - 200 mil cap company.

As a speculative stock, and it is now in that category, it has much more potential than many other stocks in the 100 -200 mil cap level. So, I'm willing to chance an arm, but not a leg as well.
