Yeah I keep making the mistake of accumulating things as they fall to try and average out my cost base. Mostly stuff I still see a lot of value in but I'm usually wrong or am not spending enough time keeping an eye on them. Have recently sold a couple of risky underperformers and then watched them shoot back up.
Even after the massive decline my "high risk" growth Asian/US investments are outperforming my supposedly value based Aus shares.
Seems we have a few good businesses being run into the ground by turkeys.
