Yes, it is a mess. mark Chellew for instance is still on the Ampol Board and Ampol has had tax issues with the ATO, quite horrific, comparing with Downer’s accounting irregularities. His other one, Cleanaway had a slump and many remuneration issues.

why are they on more than one Board anyway? The problems become systemic and just move from one company to the other.
Happily for DOW sholders, Mark Chellew has taken his pots and pans elsewhere.
