They should employ them all out of Sydney, some place where you get some quality down there, as they say, pay peanuts, get monkeys, they do not even have enough staff, that is why DOW is a lowly $4.10 and not $9. by all means, have some in other states to meet contracts but management probably needs to come from Sydney down there.
DOW should employ out of Sydney down there or at least NSW and or VIC. Employing out of Perth is an accident waiting to happen for them.
