CFO has to take this one imo, along with the auditors, divisional accountants and any operations team that profited from inflated accrued recurve numbers.
CFO just has to go, they ultimately failed in controls and oversight. Better to step down now with dignity than be pushed imo, though knowing beancounters will probably think an exit package comes if pushed, it shouldn't! Any golden payments should see the CEO also go.
