CBRMAroon, agree with your very compelling points. I do however think that DOW a has been sold off far too much even with the executive and Board governance problems.
They have a just business. Just too few people and not very good people at that (they are worried about newcomers showing them up).
Perhaps Peter can do something new and adequately resource the joint for once, then it might make more money sustainably.
