    Developers' profits are usually lumpy as under IFRS they only recognise profits on units that settled in the reporting period. No point getting too worked up about a single half-year profit estimate.

    It's the long term underlying stuff that should be driving UOS higher, and that seems to be happening slowly and steadily.
