I can only speak from experience, i was a long term holder of ITC (impress energy) which was the subject of a take over a few years back.

Stuart paid 86 million, ITC owned 60% of a feild that had 1 well producing 2000 BOPD and a few others producing 400 BOPD an up.

I could put your 70 mil into a term deposit and make 5 mill PA no risk.

Why would I punt it severley to make 11 mil PA ??
