The board members should be personally billed for the expenses incurred by us in all of this. Plainly they have acted without all shareholders interests at heart.
If it has to be out of insurance then let the insurance company deal with the retrieval of debt and recalcitrant board members tarnished with the crime on their C.V. or maybe a forehead tattoo of warning.
Time to change the landscape where members of boards think they are above the law.
