    I haven't heard this anywhere else. Where is this coming from? Is Citi renowned for unsubstantiated tripe?

    Would makes sense of why you would drill Umiat before EOR project in Wyoming to deliver revenue. The proven reserves will drive price for the oil division when they sell it.
