I would love for Linc to be getting $650 mil for 13 mil barrels of 1P reserves. 13mil barrels = $1.30b, take out as least half that as production cost, and have your $650 mil. Great deal for Linc, not sure who is going to be buying at that price.

Another point if PB is true to his word, and achieves 7000bpd, the 13 mil barrels of 1P will last just 5 years, not that these things go in straight lines, but they are very short on reserves. The couple of dry holes they drilled obviously knocked their proven reserves around a lot, 20 mil down to 13 mil.

I had always thought they would sink their teeth into the local lignite with UCG and create a supply of CO2 for EOR, but obviously not to be.

So unless they can pull a rabbit out of their hat and find some additional reserves to book, I would take the $650 mil right now.
