You are kidding yourself stockguru. The market out there for asset sales could not be worse. Centro WILL NOT be able to sell assets at or around book value and WILL NOT be able to repay its debt. It will have to rely on further extensions in a market where credit markets have frozen and many lenders are on a precipice.

This stock has as much chance of going to $1 by year end as the ASX does gettting to 7000. It would take a complete reversal of the current market conditions.

There are some that believe this stock holds long term value (ie - 3 to 5 years). I do not. I see no option but the banks taking over in December. However, if by some miracle there is a substantial extension or recapitalisatioon, you will not see $1 unless you stick long term.
