    Why worry where sp will be. If they get long term extension with reasonable terms, sp will recover substantially. You can sell where you find comfort.

    SP will pickup $1+ only when US property starts picking up & LPT sector as a whole picks up. Let's not worry about that right now. Long term extension is the key.
