Guru, the SP will stay stagnent between now and years end.The only news that will help it will be a 12 month extension on their loans through a period that sees us hopefully coming out of hard times rather than the last 12 months that saw us going into a tough period. No cashed-up entity will jump into an asset purchace while prices keep dropping. They'll just sit back and wait for rock bottom.
Patience required.
