Well the irony is that if these 249D clowns had engaged with shareholders before the vote they would likely have got the numbers. Instead they arrogantly chose to ignore us. Yet they, or whoever is drafting AO's posts, hypocritically go on about a lack of transparency.

What exactly is the information they have since provided that would have a rational person voting for them and their underwhelming board replacements?

Change for change sake at this point of the process because of basic impatience would be a very dangerous exercise. The motioners have wreaked enough damage. And in my view what we are seeing here is a shakeout of weak holders into stronger hands.
