Shares are for buying and selling, so I suppose you can't blame someone selling a few on the rise. But I buy some more almost every day to two, so selling helps those who want to own more of ARV. I know a few groups who continue to buy. So we need those who decide they want to continually sell, otherwise there would be no trading and no real volume and volume creates institutional interest.
