Are you making excuses for someone who has just killed somebody with a knife they were carrying.
This comes about from not having consequences for the crimes you commit, no matter how poor you are, what colour skin you have or religion.

From France you seem to know everything about the crime in QLD, as a Queenslander I know you know nothing about the crime here everyday and growing.
