Thanks Panda9, your posts are always insightful and I'm glad you're still around. Definitely keeping an eye on APAC. It would seem that they have been using the 3% creeping provisions each 6 months to build their position and may well go over 50% holding around October next year if this pattern continues.
It would be interesting to hear management's opinion on APAC's growing shareholding at the AGM and its implication for TAM's future. Given that there are a couple of common board members to both TAM and APAC I'd be surprised if they wouldn't have at least some idea of what is intended.
