Not a shareholder (yet). Some very good research and posts on this thread. Thanks P9 and others. Plenty of money and NST shares to back them but it seems that the Board and Management are NOT working in the best interest of their shareholders ..... just APAC by the look of it. I can’t see this changing if APAC control near 50%. Maybe better to let this one ago and look for value elsewhere. Always pick companies with Boards and senior Mgt that are ethical, open communicators and have a track record of delivery shareholder returns. These guys appear to have their own self interest front of mind. Best of luck to you all.
