    Remember in the terms of the agreement NST had to use ‘best endeavours’ to achieve commercial production within 3 years, which they have not achieved. With the pog being where it is I believe NST open themselves up to significant legal recourse if they do not honour the terms of the agreement. Just my opinion but I do feel TAM hold the cards right now.
